We source, buy, merchandise, style, warehouse, and ship everything on hometownglory.ca ourselves. We will happily ship anywhere in North America. Below are our shipping rates:
All Canadian orders are shipped with insurance and tracking.
Standard USA and international shipping does not include tracking or insurance. Once an order is fulfilled and given to shipping courier, Hometown Glory. will not be held responsible for any damages and/or theft incurred. To better protect yourself we recommend adding tracking and insurance to your purchases.
If you receive a package that is damaged, empty, or tampered with in anyway please contact your local carrier immediately and report a claim. We will help in anyway we can, so please notify us as well, firstname.lastname@example.org.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
All standard domestic orders will ship within 1-2 business days of purchase following payment authorization. Shipment arrival times are only an estimate and do not include weekends or holidays.

Once an order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include your shipping and/or tracking information.
Order Cancellations are not possible at this time, you will have to recieve your order, and then return or exchange the item(s). More infomation on how-to complete returns and exchanges on 'returns and exchanges page' under Customer Care.
Express and Priority shipping will be sent out the same day as ordered if the transaction occurs before 1 PM CST. If not, it will be shipped out the following morning.
Please note that all international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes and duties as required by Canadian Customs. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. On rare occasions, customs may also delay the delivery of your purchase.
